Unable to Add New Record from frontend

I created a User Menu with the link to Add Article and got the error message unable to add new record from frontend. I had ContentBuilder installed SOLUTION Dearch for Plugin "ContentBuilder System" and change the option where it says "Disable Joomla built-in article submission" to yes?
