Go to Main Menu > Home > Blog Layout Tab
Scroll to the bottom and set Article Order to Article Order
Articles will display in the order that you set them in Articles.
Go to Articles > Options > Shared tab > change Article Order to Ordering. DONE !
IF for some reason the ordering does not put the most recent article at the top, in Articles > Options > set Category Order to No Order. https://prnt.sc/14jy45j
